When I began my practice with Yoga my life was all over the place and crazy. I was out of shape, creating bad habits and needing a change. Applying the tools I've learned from Yoga into "real life" has taught me that I can do anything I set my mind to, truly a shift in perspective.
I've met some of the most beautiful people through this practice and wether I go to a chill Restorative, structured Ashtanga or kick my booty in Fit Flow I learn something new every time I step on my mat. That's what it's all about, surrounding yourself with awesome people, feeding off of sweet vibes and building yourself up to be the person you're meant to be. Now all I want to do is share these tools with everyone I can because life can be tough, but with Yoga at least you get to Svasana at the end of class
