Emma is passionate about self care, energy healing, health, mindful movement, wellbeing and living an authentic and connected life. Emma's classes are playful, energetic and dynamic whilst being grounded in mindful movement. Her classes see students moving in new ways learning to connect and listen to their bodies, offering an experience of deep awareness. Emma aims to empower students to take the lessons learnt on the mat with them into daily life.
Emmas classes are suitable for all levels as she is able to make everyone feel welcome offering options to help all students feel comfortable.

I have completed many yoga, meditation & energy healing trainings around the world including Australia, India, Europe & Indonesia. With an open heart for knowledge & experience I will always be a student of life and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
